Well, the time has come for me to finally fly off to the Gold Coast for the ITU triathlon world champs. Everything has been going very well this season besides a minor shoulder injury. But just the last few days i ended up with a chest infection. It’s horrible. I hope it clears before Monday.

So Friday i fly to Aus, arrive on Sunday get two days of training in and then race the World Aquathlon champs on Wednesday. Two more days of training after that, rest Saturday and race the Triathlon world champs on Sunday.

It’s going to be a busy week but cant wait for it all to happen.
