Hi everyone. It has been ages since I last posted. Well the 2010 season is over and I’m glad it is. It was a bad season. I tore a hamstring at the beginning of the year which pretty much halted any consistent training. On a good note I did get to race to pro events although both where DNFs due to lack of fitness. Gold Coast time

Well, the time has come for me to finally fly off to the Gold Coast for the ITU triathlon world champs. Everything has been going very well this season besides a minor shoulder injury. But just the last few days i ended up with a chest infection. It’s horrible. I hope it clears before Monday. Finally, things are coming together. Thanks to the great training programs from my coach and some dedicated training I have finally won my first race.
